The first live-streaming event was held on August 25, 2021 and was organized by HPA-China and Foodmate in conjunction with partners IPA (International Probiotics Association) and FiAsia China Expo team (Informa). The event was three hours long and welcomed speakers from Chr Hansen, IFF Dupont, Lallemand, Novozymes and Yili Dairy Group.
In total, the event was attended by 1400 guests mostly R&D, purchasers, and decision makers from China’s food, beverage, dairy and supplement industry. Live attendees accounted for 350 while 1,050 attendees viewed the recorded event.
HPA-China and its partners will host a second live-streaming event on October 27, 2021.
