Recently, the General Administration of Customs. P.R.China’s official website published a work guide on the registration for foreign manufacturers of imported health food. The registration path of health food, the necessary documents, and follow-up audit requirements, and other office procedures are explained in detail. These provisions shall come into force on January 1, 2022. The “Regulations on the Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food” will be repealed at the same time.
