1. Coffee still has room for innovation: original coffee products have dropped from 87% to 72% in all new coffee products.
2. Snacks are developing towards a healthy direction: 72% of Chinese consumers would pay more for healthier ingredients
3. Cross-border tea beverage tends to be functional: barley tea is becoming increasingly popular due to its natural health benefits and refreshing taste
4. Probiotic functions are more specific: some brands create product lines with specific probiotics and name them after the type of bacteria.
