Health Food’s Static Risk is Level Ⅳ

On February 17, the State Administration for Market Regulation released the “Risk Grading Management Measures for Food Production Enterprises (Draft for Comments)”. The risk level of food production enterprises is calculated by the hundred-mark system. Among them, the quantitative score of static risk factors is 40 points, the quantitative score of dynamic risk factors is 40 points, and the quantitative score of general credit risk is 20 points. The higher the risk score, the higher the risk of food production enterprises will be. Static risk factors of food production enterprises in accordance with the quantitative score are divided into four levels. Among them, health food, special medical use formula food, infant formula food, supplementary food for specific groups of people, dairy products, meat production enterprises, and other high-risk food production enterprises have static risk level IV.
