A few days ago, Alibaba announced that merchants need to meet the regulatory requirements of domestic and destination countries. The new rules on “Health Food Qualification and Management” require merchants to provide relevant licensing qualifications in order to operate normally on the Alibaba platform, and will officially take effect from June 1, 2022. According to the rules, Alibaba also makes corresponding provisions for health food control range and penalty standards, including but not limited to the deletion of product information, deduction of points, restriction on product features, and closure of accounts.
