In order to enter the China market’s traditional brick and mortar commerce, finished branded products needed to be registered or filed with China’s State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR).
To enter China as a nutritional ingredient, there must be an existing approval with GB standard. If that doesn’t exist and the ingredient is consider a new ingredient, it must gain approval from China’s National Health Commission.
In both of the above cases, the association can assist to get your company’s products legal prior to entry.
