As consumers’ attention to probiotic products grows rapidly, the domestic probiotic industry, from raw materials to end products, is booming. Relevant data shows that the entire probiotic-related food market size reaches 100 billion yuan. Based on long-term research and continuous exploration of the health effects of probiotics, the industry currently faces many opportunities and challenges in scientifically carrying out functional evaluation of probiotic strains and product innovation.
According to an on-site survey in 2023, 58.52% of the audience were interested in probiotics. Therefore, this year HPA-China will hold its annual Probiotic China Summit during the Shanghai Hi & Fi Asia China Expo. This probiotics seminar is the 4th year of cooperation between HPA-China, the International Probiotics Association and FiAsia China. We will focus on the N possibilities of probiotics in China under the big health consumption trend.
This year’s seminar will have five speakers from: International Probiotics Association, Novozymes, Lonza, Early Data and IFF. They will introduce their company’s prebiotic, probiotic or postbiotic ingredients to the audience.
