In order to promote the standardization and development of the probiotic market, China Nutrition and Health Food Association released the association standard T/CNHFA 006-2022 “Probiotic Food Survival Rate Grading Specification”. When probiotic food has been stored for one-third of shelf life under the condition as indicated on the label, the survival rate of probiotic live bacteria greater than or equal to 50.0% is level 1 standard; greater than or equal to 10% and less than 50% is level 2 standard; greater than or equal to 1.0% and less than 10% is level 3 standard; greater than or equal to 0.1% less than 1.0% is level 4 standard.
