New Technology: Probiotics x Enzymes

Recently, the Active Enzyme Fermentation Engineering Laboratory established by Jiangnan University in collaboration with DuoYanShou announced a new food technology of “Active Enzyme” that combines the advantages of comprehensive probiotics and enzymes. According to experts, Active Enzyme is produced by fermenting 36 selected fruits and vegetables with specific patented probiotics, which are naturally screened in a low-temperature anaerobic environment simulating the intestine. Finally, a cluster of active substances containing probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics is produced.
