As of July 19, 2023, the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation shows a total of 14,669 registered domestically produced health food products, distributed among 1,113 companies with a total of 3,544 brands. Based on the current TOP10 registration data, except for a few brands like BY-HEALTH, most other companies mainly focus on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) businesses. According to statistics, since the launch of the registration system in 2017, there have been new companies joining each year. In 2022, there were 222 newly registered companies.
