Bright Dairy officially launched its new light-sugar fresh milk ice cream, available in vanilla, banana, and mixed berry flavors. This series features light-sugar products with a 50% reduction in sucrose and comes in small, convenient cup sizes to help control portion intake. The vanilla flavor combines rich fresh milk with vanilla and contains sodium hyaluronate to improve skin hydration. The banana flavor includes over 5.6% banana puree, offering a finer and richer taste, and contains active probiotics developed by the Bright Dairy Research Institute to help balance intestinal flora. The mixed berry flavor blends seven types of berries, rich in natural antioxidant polyphenols, to help maintain a healthy complexion. (Source: Foodaily)
