National Health Commission Releases Nutritional and Exercise Guidelines for Four Types of Chronic Diseases

On July 1, the National Health Commission, delegated by the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases, organized experts in related fields to research and develop nutritional and exercise guidelines (2024 edition) for four types of chronic diseases in adults: hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and hyperuricemia. The guidelines aim to further strengthen the prevention and control of chronic diseases, enhancing the ability of patients to maintain and promote their own health.
