Recently, Alibaba Cloud and Haleon jointly launched an AI Nutrition Assistant (iNutrition) to provide consultation support for Haleon’s nutritionists. This assistant reduces the response time for consultations from several minutes to a few minutes while ensuring high-quality responses. To ensure the AI Nutrition Assistant possesses professional knowledge, Alibaba Cloud used the Tongyi model, combined with Haleon’s years of expertise in China’s nutrition industry, to create a nutrition knowledge graph and retrained the model using various information sources. The AI Nutrition Assistant began trial operation in April, received deep synthesis algorithm certification in mid-June, and was officially launched at the end of June. (Source: Haleon China)
