On September 19, Comvita signed a strategic cooperation agreement with global dairy producer Hilmar. As one of the world’s largest manufacturers of cheese and whey protein, Hilmar supplies 6% of the global whey raw material market. Hilmar’s CEO, David Ahlem, stated, “Hilmar will engage in resource sharing, capability exchange, and complementary advantages with Comvita. Our collaboration will not only focus on raw materials but also on product innovation, formula optimization, and production technology.” This upgraded partnership will help Comvita enhance its entire value chain, from premium raw materials, research and development, production, and quality inspection, to brand marketing and refined sales strategies.
