Public Consultation on 11 New Food Additives Including Glutaminase Transaminase

On September 26, the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment issued a notice seeking public comments on five new food additives, including Glutaminase Transaminase, three new food fortification agents such as 3-Fucosyllactose, the extended usage of food additives Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium (also known as Acesulfame K), and the expanded application of the food fortifier 2′-Fucosyllactose.
