Notice on Soliciting Opinions for the National Standard General Rules for Food-Derived Peptide Powder (Draft for Comments)

On November 19, the national standard General Rules for Food-Derived Peptide Powder began soliciting public opinions. This standard, led by the China National Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd., has now completed its draft and is seeking input from various stakeholders, including industry departments, associations, manufacturers, retailers, researchers, testing agencies, and users.
