On December 18, Nestlé N3 Low-Carb Milk made its global debut. The product utilizes Nestlé’s patented partial hydrolysis technology, breaking down lactose in milk to reduce carbohydrate content while generating valuable native milk prebiotics. Compared to regular milk, it contains 25% fewer carbohydrates and 87% less lactose. The milk is sourced from premium dairy farms within the high-quality milk region along the 35°N latitude, offering 4.0g/100ml native milk protein and 5.2g per cup of native milk prebiotics.
