On February 8, the National Food Safety Standard for the Use of Food Additives (GB 2760-2024) was officially implemented, replacing the 2014 version that had been in use for the past 10 years. The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) reminds all food production enterprises to make necessary preparations in advance and strictly adhere to the new standard when using food additives.
