On February 13, Haihe Dairy, in collaboration with Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, introduced a new medicinal food cooked milk series. This lineup includes Rose Angelica Pomegranate Cooked Milk, Polygonatum Black Goji Mulberry Cooked Milk, Loquat Snow Pear Cooked Milk, and Phyllanthus Lotus Leaf Poria Cooked Milk.
The cooked milk series utilizes a slow-simmering process in which selected ingredients are first decocted at 85–95°C for 30–40 minutes before being blended into concentrated milk.
- Rose Angelica Pomegranate Cooked Milk features double-petal red roses, soft-seed pomegranates, and angelica, offering a rich and tangy-sweet taste.
- Polygonatum Black Goji Mulberry Cooked Milk contains black goji berries, mulberries, and Polygonatum sibiricum, providing a nourishing, fruit-infused flavor.
- Loquat Snow Pear Cooked Milk is made with Lilium brownii bulbs, snow pears, and Eriobotrya japonica, delivering a fragrant and juicy taste.
- Phyllanthus Lotus Leaf Poria Cooked Milk incorporates Poria cocos, lotus leaves, and NFC-pressed Phyllanthus emblica juice, offering a refreshing and subtly sweet experience with nourishing benefits.
