On March 14, the launch ceremony of the “Qingdao University-Danone Institute Nutrition and Health Innovation Center” was successfully held at Qingdao University. According to the cooperation agreement, the Innovation Center will rely on the advantageous resources of both parties to conduct research in the fields of gastrointestinal health and intestinal flora, and at the same time combine the characteristics of the Chinese population to jointly develop nutritional solutions that are more suitable for the Chinese population. In just three years, Danone has worked with several local healthcare institutions, research institutes, and nutrition and medical experts, published 37 scientific papers and reports, and applied for 12 patent inventions that started in China.
