In accordance with the “Food Safety Law” and its implementation regulations, the National Health Commission of China has organized the drafting of 14 national food safety standards, including the “General Rules for Prepackaged Food Labels” (Draft for Comments). These drafts are now open for public comment. Please visit the National Food Safety Standards Management Information System (http://sppt.cfsa.net.cn:8086/csfz_aiguo) to submit your feedback online. The deadline for comments on the “General Rules for Prepackaged Food Labels” is July 10, 2024, while the deadline for the remaining 13 standards is August 26, 2024.
