Yakult launched a new product, “Little Golden Bottle”, in the mainland China market. It is reported that each bottle is enriched with 50 billion active lactic acid bacteria, Yakult Grup’s unique Lactobacillus casei strain Shirota (LcS), which can tolerate gastric juice and reach the intestine. The low-sugar formula is supplemented with high dietary fiber, high calcium, high vitamin D, and high vitamin E to meet consumers’ needs for more live bacteria count, sugar intake limit, and multiple nutrient supplementation.
