On March 21, H&H Group officially announced its 2022 full-year performance figures. For the year ended December 31, 2022, the H&H Group’s revenue was RMB $12.78 billion yuan (USD $1.86 billion), reporting a growth of 10.6%. Adjusted comparable EBITDA grew by 6.5%, with revenue from China growing by 6.4% year-on-year and accounting for 74.9% of total Group revenue, making it the largest contributor to the Group’s revenue.
The Group is committed to providing health products and services for whole-family nutrition. Among them, the Baby Nutrition and Care (BNC) business recorded a revenue of RMB 6.69 billion yuan (USD $970 million), up 1.1% year-on-year, while the probiotics business achieved double-digit growth of 12.8%. The Adult Nutrition and Care (ANC) business achieved double-digit growth of 12.5% year-over-year, with a revenue of RMB 4.56 billion yuan (USD $660 million), maintaining its leadership position in the Chinese online market.
