The Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed that Guangdong ARCHealth has submitted an application for listing on the HKSE main board. It is reported that the company’s business has shifted from selling traditional weight loss products to providing a comprehensive digital health solution platform that integrates weight management and chronic disease management. In 2022, ACRHealth achieved a gross profit margin of 72.5%. The prospectus also mentioned that the scale of Chinese weight management market has grown from RMB 21.9 billion yuan (USD $3.03 billion) in 2017 to RMB 33.4 billion yuan (USD $4.63 billion) in 2022, with a compound annual growth rate of 8.8%.
