Recently, Dr. Cheese officially announced the launch of a new product, High-Calcium Cheese Powder Seasoning. It is reported that this new product’s ingredient list includes only cheese, whey powder, emulsifying salt, and vitamin D. It contains 6 times the calcium and 7.7 times the protein of regular milk and is made with over 53% “low-sodium high-calcium small round cheese” as the cheese ingredient. The sodium content in each cheese powder is controlled to be within 9.7mg. This product is now available on the Tmall flagship store, priced at RMB 39.9 yuan (USD $5.58) per box. (Source: FoodTalks)
