Public Solicitation of Opinions on Seven New Food Additives including Hydroxytyrosol

According to the “Measures for the Administration of New Varieties of Food Additives” and the “Regulations on the Application and Acceptance of New Varieties of Food Additives”, the new species of food additive hydroxytyrosol and three new species of food nutrition fortifiers, including methylene chloride and 2′-fucosyllactose, Applications for expanding the scope of use of the food additive polyglycerol ricinoleate, expanding the scope of use of the food nutritional fortifier (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, and glucosamine salt have passed the technical review for its safety and technological necessity of the expert review committee (see the annex for details), and is now open for public comment.
