The China Beverage Industry Association(CBIA) approved the release of the group standards “Nutrient Beverages” and “Rapid Detection method for Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Packaged drinking Water”. The above standards will be implemented from April 1, 2024, among which “Nutrient beverages” specified the raw materials, sensory, physical and chemical, food safety and other requirements of nutrient beverages. The corresponding inspection methods are described, and the contents of inspection rules, labels, packaging, transportation and storage are specified. The intellectual property rights of Chapters 3 to 6 of the standard document belong to CBIA, and are only for voluntary use by member enterprises of China Beverage Industry Association.
