The Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation officially replied: According to the “Interpretation of Supervision Issues on the Use of Common Food Raw Materials Included in the Catalog of Health-Care Raw Materials”, those listed in the catalog of health-care raw materials, dosage and corresponding functions can only be used in the production of health food and cannot be used in the production of other foods.
